Swim team coach and P-T teacher Dave Babik said he has high hopes for his team. He believes that the individuals will do very well at WPIALs this year.
“The team has been working very hard this year, and I think they are going to do really well if they continue to,” Babik stated.
Many of the swimmers qualified for multiple events. Junior Delaney Race qualified for four events this year.
Race will compete in the 500 freestyle, the 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay.
